Is the Capital Allocation Policy Rational?

I'm generally very supportive of what they have been doing. It makes a lot of sense to reinvest capital in very high returning business lines, which is essentially what they're doing in the buyback program. The alternatives, yeah, like keeping it on the balance sheet or potentially doing a dividend. I think just from a pragmatic standpoint, that is not that's even though there might be a level where that's mathematically rational.
