I don't think there's an hour in the day where I'm not thinking about it. But to be honest, I'm usually writing first thing for a couple hours. And then at night is usually more like reading and reflecting or just thinking. He says he has a notes folder on his phone that he jots down ideas when he thinks they're interesting.
