Corporate Profits Are Now Greater Than 10% of GDP

Corporate profits are at an all time record as a percentage of GDP. American business is complaining enormously or frequently anyway about the level of the corporate income tax. If I had to bet on whether corporate profits would be 10% of GDP, I would say they're likely to trend downward but that does not mean any terrible things will be happening in profits.
