Burnout recovery starts with the body because it helps kind of prepare the mind for what changes you need to make. It could be something as simple as going for a massage. You could sit in the chair for 20 minutes to have somebody like work on your shoulders or something just disappear for 20 minutes. And I love walking and I love both. There are benefits to both. I go on a two mile walk and my brain is clear and I'm creative. That was part for me. The gym, that was part for us. We can still deal with burnout by actually not dealing with those issues directly but more indirectly.
