In US dollars, you'd probably only get between 1000 and 10,000 US dollars for a kidney. Even if you got a really good kidney, you're going to get max 10,000US dollars. Your spleen, you can get only 364 pounds, any 164 pounds for a spleen. It's it's a gold market for spleen's. So your long, you could get 200 grand for that. But who wants a spleen? People have them removed anyway.
