Shelley: The idea is to get some insight into these kind of heavy weighty tasks, an an swort of look at what makes them weighty. Shelley: What i did was kept pushing, kept experimenting and kind of plain in these different arenas of education, teaching, coaching, training,. until the answer was revealed to me. So thire is sort of this a mix of different things that are at play here. And we're going to again come back to this idea of that big or bigger agenda, and how to develop that to day.
