Microservices - Where Does the Fear Come From?

A lot of people are very fearful about microservices, and I can sort of see that in a way. But what I want to ask you is, where does the fear even come from? That's a good question. So I guess there's two parts to this. And then so that's something to frame it in terms of like, you're afraid of lightweight complexity because we don't need as much stuff like modules or packages.
