I think what I see with strong people is they passed the marshmallow test. So they're all about the leading badification. And so they work on something that's don't really like, but they think it's a good thing for them to do. But if you want to be a founder, go join other people who also either are founders or want to be founders. As David Brooks once said, it's far easier to change your environment than your insides.
