Sabatical comes from the word sabbath. Many of us take a sabaticl every week in our bus if we don't work over the week ends, or if we take a particular day of the week off that is a sabaticle. For me, sabaticles are often much like that time when i've planted the seed in the ground, and i know it's doing things, but i can't see anything on the surfaceyet. So i invite you to plan a sabaticsl any time. Any part of you is calling for one. I empower you to use this word however feels supportiv to you.
