Arthur Lydier was first guy in 1950s, a legendary New Zealand running coach who realized if you do most of that running at like a nice comfortable, easy pace and then sort of choose your moments to go to the well. That seems to work really well. And so there's a copycatting. It's very similar to evolution in the natural world when, you know, survival of the fittest takes place.
