The Asi Strategy for Restorative Sleep
Mental rest is when we allow our heads space to focus, concentrate or clear out. Asi strategy that many people use for that is something called brain dumping. It's basically just having a piece of paper, note pad, whatever it is, to jot down what you're ruminating through your head. A quick brain dump is a simple way of doing that. Spiritual rest is different for each person, but at the very core of it is that need we all have to feel as if we belong and like our life had its purpose.
