Food sensitivities have been a huge thing I've discovered. We're playing a role in my energy levels. The only real way to do it today is an elimination diet. Take categories of things out of your diet, get clean, add them back one by one and see what makes you feel worse or better. And some people do an elimination diet and we're noticing the difference.
