Once we have that thing, we're going to metabylize the feelings of delight and thrill until it becomes sort of ordinary and part of our everyday experience. But confidence really comes from within, and it comes from successful repetition of any endeavour. It really doesn't come from outside stimuli unless you are engaged in that stimuli on a regular basis or feel predictively that you will be able to do it.
