How to Get a Good Night's Sleep

After i after read why we sleep, i was le col isgo changed my life. So now what i do is, i haven't got any air conditioning in my room, but i bought a fan,. And i leave the window open, and hopefully that calls it to 19 degrees or something overnight. Aftr reading that, i also stopped taking my phone into bed with me, and i have it across the room on the dresser. Just at that level of friction stops me from getting back into bed and on my phone. But just those two, like little things have helped me. I have have a nicer morning.
