Healing in a Community Setting

i think you can heal much quicker and build more resilience when it's done in some sort of communal setting. And i'm sure it wasn't always rainbows and butterflies, you know, and that it, it was the challenge. I will say, intuitively, my entire marriage, li ka, we can't treat each other like that. We have to be direct and honest. But they're just very set, and this is their coping mechanism o. This is how they cope m with their own trama by come deflection and blame an abuse.
