In very all amounts they may be beneficial. Changing of context completely changes what can be said to be true, so that something can come to mean its opposite. And there are many examples in medicine. Digitalis atropin arsenic will be familiar to doctors and to some patients. Even radiation, in small amounts can suppress tumours relative to creatures who are er raised in an environment entirely free of radiation.
