Disney bought Marvel and the rest is history. $500 million line of credit for Merrill Lynch. It's really an independent movie. And then they get this deal with Paramount who co-produced it this planned six-picture deal. But then Marvel, one of Iger's greatest moves he buys Marvel. So now they have to split the next six. Disney got The Avengers and Iron Man 3. They're already a Paramount got Iron Man to Thor Captain America, the first Avenger. And that was it. Then Marvel was owned by Disney.
