In our society most of the time which conditions are real versus culturebound? Even with these clarifications, it's still a spectrum. For example, believing that insects exist is probably a cultural risk factor for delusional parasitosis. People under the influence of this metacultural belief never come close to forming the cultural belief in Coro. On the other hand, a metaccultural belief in magic and witchcraft makes that cultural belief more likely.
