How to Scale a Portfolio to Generate Passive Income
I like turn keys better. I kind of associate with a firm method to some degree, but more land lording,. You know, just building up your own portfolio. However, I've had per very mixed reviews on turn keys because it's so dependent on the property manager. When that house is vacant for one or two months that wipes out your all of your profits. And the second problem I see with it is it's hard to scale right how do I actually scale unless I have a lot of money. How do I scale a portfolio to the point where actually is generating passive income?
