i've had every negative review on my account removed after discussing it with ebe. I'm sure there's going to be one that is not going to be removed, and i will have done everything right. But up to this point, i've had hem removed. So that tells me, at least to some extent, every negative review ih've received has not been valid, or not valid enough to be valid, in ebe's eyes. The time frame that i've had a negative review hurting my metrics, was almost almost like unfair punishment to me. It would be a good idea, i think, for it to sit in there at least 24 hours.
