Dividends can hold the company because management could manage that money better. I think there may be some like Warren Buffett, but most of the CEOs definitely not. One of my weaknesses is knowing when to sell. If I even look at my own character, I would have loved to have bought all those high growth stocks in 2020 and enjoy the ride. But probably I will be sent begging now all of them.

In this week's episode, we will share our thoughts about the dividend irrelevance theory. It's a challenge we often get as dividend growth investors from people around us, so we would like to clarify this. Hopefully once and for all!
