Indistractable for ADHD - Nir And Far
Nir And Far: Business, Behaviour and the Brain
Is Indistractable?
The book is called indistractable, which means you are the kind of person who strives to do what they say they're going to do. You get distracted from time to time, but you don't keep getting distracted by the same things again and again. It's about being able to understand that tat that shows up, right? But then it's also about really, you know, instead of saying like, you Know, you're the things that you do right, like, yes, sure, you may have done things right. The whole purpose of the calling the book indistractable is that i want people to call themselves indistracted.
