Is That a Routine?

A lot of my work is just putting that routine into place sometimes. That needs to be systemized, I cannot do this ad hoc. And then you have blocks of free time in between that where you do ad hoc stuff,. So one thing that we all do is every Monday, Wednesday, on Friday, we have three hours of blocked time. No meetings allowed. In that period, and they're different hours on different days, a two-hour silent working session with your team. Those are like my non-negotiables. Everything else for the rest of the week, it kind of works its way around heights too.
