How to Know if a Goal Is Really Yours
The way to know if a goal is actually your goal is if it makes you feel good. For you, i wrote here, you should feel giddy and happy like a small child. If it does, in a child often controls motirvation. It's a a slightly woo woo model of psychotherapy. We moving into the realms where psychotherapy moves in some hipp dippy new age stoff. But i have a lot of time for in a childtherapy work. I think that it is a valid modeland. You can never reach a goal per se. A goal, by its definition, must be in the future.
