There's a certain Adelaide delicacy where they fill fowl with thick penty soup and then flowt the parlor on top of the pea soup, like a boat. Adelaide people will tell you like it, the delicacy, and how proud they are of it, but none of us ever eat it. What is a local, regional food, either where you live or somewhere you'd like to travel?
