Do States Have to Co Operate in Various Aspects of Human Rights?
Human rights lawyers have written a lot about state obligations to co operate in various aspects of human rights, spec specificso economic rights. The reality has been though, that states rarely act in the international arena as if they have human rights duties to cooperate with other countries on issues such as health care and education. So can we now say that one country with a developed health care system should start helping countries with less developed health care systems? Is that what human rights law requires them to do? Yes.
