How to Improve Your Sleep Quality

The three numbers that you want to pay most attention to is your total sleep. Aim for about 1.5 hours per night and deep sleep about one to 1.5 Hours a night. Avoid big meals before bed, avoid long naps and stimulants in the afternoon. Exercise regularly and more importantly weight training because deep is more restorative  for your full body restoration.
