I remember Swami Ranganathanandaji, the most positive person I think I have wanted. He was the president of our order, 13th president. If you criticized somebody, he would keep quite gravely. And if you praised even a little bit, he would say, yes, that is wonderful,. That person should be encouraged. These two things, it's not all that good. There's no need to praise so much. But the point is that by encouraging in this way the person develops. Blossoms comes forth; your way of worship is to take a person higher than where he or she is.
