The Importance of Analyzing Your Marketing Program Dollars
If you're at a big company, I'm positive that the company is wasting at least 20% of the marketing program dollars. So it really starts with being level set on the analysis, which then allows us to change the core KPIs. Instead of using MQLs to say go and get this, go and follow up with this MQL, we need to look at accounts that are engaged or considered in-market using intent data.
