A frank ampaima is a phase between sort of how the infection is being treated and developing in the lung. When it does ultimately spill out into the plural space, that's when you start things becoming more complicated. So we're looking for either radiographic evidence of that or biochemical evidence of that. And then an ampaima, I think, is more of almost sort of a gross term. Right now there's frank pus in the plural space.
