The Chivo Launch Was a Huge Mess.
Since the law came into effect, a whole host of other issues have popped up. Every new chivo account was supposed to start with a 30 dollar credit. But there were also issues with chivo's i d verification system. A lot of people who signed up in hopes of getting the 30 dollar credit found that someone else had already signed into their account and used it.
