The Biden Administration's Proposed Rules for Medicare Advantage Plans
Medicare advantage plans deny care too, right? That has been a long standing issue that people who go into these plans and then get sick sometimes have trouble getting the care that they need. The Biden administration has proposed rules that would kind of just say that Medicare advantage plans have to cover things that are covered by Medicare. It's complicated because sometimes there are patients that ask for things that they actually don't need.
