The John U Standard for Impeachability in the House of Congress

Jeffrey Toobin: Even on the John U standard, a standard of impeachability, I think that if any president were to do what President Trump has done, knowingly take highly classified documents out and store them in an insecure manner. To me, if he was in office, it wouldn't matter because he obviously has the right to do that. But if he's once he's out of office, those type of things are the kind of things that, to me, reach the level of high crimes and misdemeanors.
