The Conversational Survey
The survey is a very interesting instrument. It gave us the ability to understand people's preference, what they like, what they make decisions. So in my PhD work, I have been working on the direction of a conversational survey. And how we can use this novel technology to improve a survey or maybe provide another form of a survey that to better understand human nature.
