China says they're willing to engage on trade issues, but waiting for the bite administration to delineate a clear strategy. Secretary of state blincoln is giving a speech somewhere else about china policy - although he's not expected to answer any of the questions. But i have a feeling that if we did, they wouldn't be interested or their response would just be, well, you know, we're not going to do what you want. End of story. So this is just posturing.
