Corey's Runoff Victory Is a Clear Victory for Toronto

I think a runoff model makes a lot more sense for a place like Toronto. I just, you know, tonight is going to feel it'll be a clear victory and I'm not in any way questioning that. But it's going to feel like a big, big stamp of half-ass or even when 30% of people vote out of 30% of eligible voters. God, I love liberals in favor of electoral reform. Only rank ballots.
