Do You Have a Portfolio?

We let people submit their work to us in whatever works best for them. It doesn't have to be, you know, a dack of slides. We're really against doing m home work. What we try to do is set up both our candidates with clear expectations and our interviewers to have a coner ation. So i've already mentioned that sort of the guiding philosophy for that blog post on portfolios. And what we look for is meant to set up people for success.
