How to Step Away From Conflict

"I have occasionally been called a logic bully maybe more often than occasionally because when I think someone is wrong it's our job as social scientists to correct them which strangely never goes well," she says. "When you see the emotions rising when you know when you pick up the body language that that they're shutting down that's when you need to walk away" She explains how her own approach has not always worked and shares some tips for dealing with conflict in your life.
