Not all languages have a word for emotion. When we translate anger into the words in another language, we have to take into account that those words have pretty different meanings. People always have emotions because there is something important at stake. If your goal is to understand each other, try to think what the emotion is about - even if it's completely different from what matters to you or what is important to you. And then a related question, is that emotion good or bad?
