Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said there is no foundation, even a flimsy one, to build at least some kind of dialogue with Kyiv. At present, they're not trying to open the door in any way to even hint that there is room for negotiation. So I think that is very much just kind of a strategic political weapon he's got. And that language implies that he's coming a little bit closer to the point at which he's contemplating using it.
