Is It a Pit Trader or a Pick Trader?

When i first started trading, i was working with a couple of guys a who were in the semi or dollar pits. As you say, these guys are six foot four, big, loud guys. And then they've got me upstairs listening and working on the confuters. So it's one of the reasons that i really liked the idea of starting with new hires and recruiting directly from a universities.
