When you walk into a new client, and by the way, you should engage with Susanna because she obviously is a great advisor and strategist. So it's not like that I have to do everything with water mapping first and then we go into domain driven design or team topologies. Instead, it's gradually weaving in while I'm talking to the clients and I like to visualize it together with a client right now on a meal board for example. And then I am trying to understand their domain better and sometimes also bringing the tech and the business together with close collaboration between domain experts and development teams.
