I bring folks in just like joining a gym. It's like their first session is a free trial. A lot of these individuals at least initially need a little more hands-on support depending on their injury. I have one client who's in his 50s, his 30-something-year-old daughter comes and works out with him. You know, it's all whatever works for people.
