Presidency Rhetoric

Presidential rhetoric has to straddle both of those things at the same time. The presidency falls somewhere in between that, right? On the one hand, presidents are entrusted with administrative, military responsibilities that should be beyond a mere partisan influence. And on the other hand, they can advance sort of good demagoguery games versus Trump's bad demagogueu games.
