How Do I Share My Expertise Outside of YouTube?

I'm struggling from my side is I have expertise. How do I share that expertise? The conversations we have are quite easy to share because there are a lot of other topics over the lap. But when I'm talking about the expertise that I have inside of YouTube, it's hard to get that thing across. So how do I share what I have apart from just talking to someone? Is it passive and you sit and do nothing? According to the research, that's not a good idea. You need to actively recover and there's loads of different ways.
