How I Got My Start in Franchising

Macaroon is a European product that's become wildly popular here in the states. Before this brand, do you want to maybe just start with how you got into franchising? Sure. So we took a great young brand, exciting New York City based brand in the gifting and French macaron space. And we grew it to 52 locations in about three years, which is not super common in the space as you know. Yeah. Hopefully I said that properly. It's all good. The technical pronunciation is Macarron, but Macaroon is very well accepted in the states for sure.
