What Is the United Nations Security Council?

Is there any chance at all of us, means india, getting the permanent seat in the u? N? Security council any more? Because i feel, other than russia and france, no one will be in favor of us being the sixth member. And the yuk, r china will never be. Or is it just a dream or ais that will never e fulfilled? And af the current status, power and influence that india has, do we truly deserve it right now?
