How to See Women Fulfill Their Call

We tend to focus on the theological side in the conversation, but really we need to get beyond that and look at the practical aspect of seeing women fulfill their calling. If you can't find any times and you've probably missed the mark, if you're only seeing it once or twice, but you've had 20 plus guest speakers, then you've probably fallen a little short. That's a potential blind spot we might have is that we're not calling in female guest speakers when we are bringing in guest speakers. What would be some other common blind spots that you see in churches that would hold a conviction that would say, yeah, we're open to women, women who are not leading?
