Jameson: I like to go super broad and then really narrow in specific afterward. My broad top three big things are, they actually come from my current boss who's very wise and experiences name is Lauren Larson. The much, much more subtle and hard to figure out stuff is basically all comes down to how much dysfunction will this company have? Jameson: Every company has a certain amount of dysfunction; it's just a matter of figuring out if it's tolerable or awful.
