The Importance of Getting More Sleep

Sometimes when I don't get a lot of sleep, I can channel my focus for a short period of time. It's probably just cortisol jacked up, like, kind of like a higher stress sound. But then other times you get a little bit of sleep and you're like, dude, I literally can't even walk on the treadmill today. So totally. There was like that first week period where I was showing up very little sleep and just able to do a lot because my body was being pushed in that way. You need to like just figure out when to pull off and when to lean into doing heavier stuff or set some goals for yourself with some of that heavier stuff.
